1. Returns – Physical Products (Tech Gadgets & Accessories)

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Consumables (e.g., batteries, cables) once opened or used

1.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund


2. Refunds & Cancellations – Digital Services (Subscriptions)

2.1 No Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all purchases of digital services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • VPN subscriptions

  • VPS hosting

  • Software license keys

  • Downloadable products

2.2 3-Day Trial Policy

We offer a 3-day trial period for selected digital services to allow you to evaluate the service before committing. This trial serves as a “try before you buy” opportunity. Once a full subscription or service is purchased, you acknowledge your satisfaction and waive the right to request a refund, except under the conditions listed in Section 2.3.

2.3 Exceptions (Refunds May Be Considered Only If):

  • The service was not delivered or activated

  • There is a confirmed technical issue that cannot be resolved

  • A recurring subscription is canceled before the renewal date

All exception-based refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Service Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring digital subscription from your user dashboard at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time on an active billing cycle.

4. Processing Time

  • Physical product refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Digital service refund exceptions may take up to 7 business days for internal review.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to reflect.


5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our physical or digital products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Server downtime

  • Data loss

  • Third-party software failures

Use of our digital services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of service.


6. Fraud Prevention

To protect against abuse, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests we determine to be fraudulent or dishonest

  • Suspend accounts involved in chargeback abuse or policy violations

  • Take legal action if necessary

We monitor for repeated refund requests and suspicious behavior.


7. Compliance With Local Laws
