• Connection timestamps or session duration;
• Your originating IP address alongside your VPN activity;
• DNS queries.

Because this data is never generated in the first place, there's nothing stored to hand over — to us, or to anyone who might ask.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your email to manage your account, send billing receipts and service notices, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.

5. Data Security

Your VPN traffic is protected with AES-256 encryption. Account and billing metadata is stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access, and our RAM-only server design means session data is wiped on every reboot.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active, plus any minimum period required by tax or accounting law. If you delete your account, we remove what we hold beyond that legal minimum.

7. Sharing & Disclosure

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose account information (email, billing status — never connection or browsing activity, because we don't have it) if legally compelled by a valid court order, and only to the extent required.

8. Cookies on This Website

Our marketing website may use basic, functional cookies (e.g. to remember your session or measure aggregate site traffic). This is separate from the VPN service itself, which does not log your browsing activity.
