These Terms govern your access to and use of the TRINI B TECHNOLOGIES VPN service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

We provide a VPN service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our network. Because our servers are RAM-only and we don't keep connection logs, we have no visibility into what you do on the network in real time or after the fact — which also means we can't retroactively investigate individual sessions.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including protecting your traffic on public networks, accessing content you're legally entitled to, and general privacy from network-level tracking.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, unauthorized access to computer systems, or distribution of malware;
• Send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Create, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or other network abuse;
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
• Violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.

5. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Pricing for each plan is shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without a refund for the remaining period, except where required by law or our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep the network fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for outages, third-party service disruptions, or content accessed through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRINI B TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
